You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, have had surgery, experience ongoing digestive symptoms, or are taking medication.

You are responsible for reading all product labels, warnings, ingredients and directions before use.

If you experience severe symptoms, persistent symptoms, worsening symptoms, allergic reaction, severe abdominal pain, fever, jaundice, persistent diarrhoea, or any other concerning reaction, stop using the product and seek medical advice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Elemntl Labs reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, processed, shipped or entered fulfilment.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Your purchases are subject to return or refund only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale, unauthorised distribution or export.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, and will be shown in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, duties, customs charges, import charges or other local fees.

Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered in other stores, marketplaces, promotions or third-party channels.

We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion.

SECTION 6 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING

Elemntl Labs may offer subscription, recurring order, auto-renewal or subscribe-and-save options now or in the future.

If you purchase a subscription, you authorise Elemntl Labs and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout, unless and until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms.

Subscription details, including product, price, billing frequency, renewal timing and cancellation options, will be shown at checkout or in your subscription management portal.

You are responsible for ensuring that your subscription details, shipping address, billing information and payment method are accurate and up to date.

You may cancel, pause, skip or modify your subscription before your next billing date, subject to the options available in your subscription portal and any terms shown at checkout.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel, refund or recall an order that has already been processed, charged, shipped or entered fulfilment.

Already processed subscription orders are treated as normal orders and may be eligible for return or refund only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If a subscription payment fails, we or our payment processor may attempt to charge the payment method again. If payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or cancel the subscription.

We may update subscription pricing, product availability, billing terms or subscription features from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.

Subscription and auto-renewal terms should be clearly disclosed to customers, including how to cancel and any relevant fees, because failure to adequately disclose key subscription terms can risk misleading consumers.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Elemntl Labs ships from multiple facilities worldwide.

Shipping locations, estimated delivery times, carriers and fulfilment locations may vary depending on your order, address, stock availability and other operational factors.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, weather, public holidays, fulfilment delays, stock issues or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.

For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges or other local charges required by your country.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

For Australian customers, consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded. The ACCC states that consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or cancellation if there is a problem with a product or service.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

We do not monitor and have no control over these third-party tools.

Elemntl Labs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Elemntl Labs.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Elemntl Labs, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Elemntl Labs, to the extent permitted by law.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, business interruption, loss of goodwill or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

This limitation applies to claims arising from or relating to:

1. Your use of the Services.
2. Your inability to use the Services.
3. Any products purchased through the Services.
4. Any errors or omissions in content.
5. Any loss or damage arising from content or products made available through the Services.
6. Any third-party links, tools, services or content.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

SECTION 21 - INDEMNIFICATION
