At Elemntl Labs, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If Elemntl Labs Ox Bile is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund under our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee, subject to the terms below.
Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
1. 90 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible Elemntl Labs purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 90 days of your purchase date.
To qualify for the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must contact us within 90 days of your purchase date.
- You must provide your full name, order number and reason for your refund request.
- You must return all bottles included in your order, including opened, unopened and empty bottles.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be sent to the return address provided by our support team after your request is approved.
Approved refunds under the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee are subject to a 20% handling fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees and other delivery-related charges are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty.
2. Bundle Orders
If you purchased a bundle or multi-bottle offer, all bottles from the order must be returned to qualify for a refund.
This includes any opened, unopened or empty bottles.
Once your returned items are received and inspected, eligible bundle refunds will be processed minus the 20% handling fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all non-faulty returns.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damaged or faulty item
- Photos of the shipping packaging, if relevant
If your item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, Elemntl Labs will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide another suitable resolution.
The 20% handling fee does not apply to confirmed damaged or faulty items.
4. How to Start a Return

Our support team will review your request and reply with the next steps, including the correct return shipping address.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
For all returns under the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Elemntl Labs is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
If your item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, Elemntl Labs will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide another suitable resolution.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow 5 to 10 business days for our team to inspect the returned items and process your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, card provider or payment service, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
7. Subscription Orders
If you purchased through a subscription, you may cancel, pause or update your subscription before your next billing date.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel, refund or recall an order that has already been processed, charged, shipped or entered fulfilment.
Already processed subscription orders are treated as normal orders and may be eligible for return under this policy.

8. International Orders
Elemntl Labs ships from multiple facilities worldwide and sells to customers in many countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local fees or charges required by their country.
These charges are not controlled by Elemntl Labs and are non-refundable, unless required by law.
9. Important Notes
Refunds are only available for purchases made directly from Elemntl Labs or an authorised sales channel.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if:
- The request is made outside the 90 day period.
- The customer does not return all bottles from the order.
- The returned items do not match the original order.
- The return appears fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with this policy.
- The order was not purchased from Elemntl Labs or an authorised sales channel.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
