At Elemntl Labs, we use a global network of fulfilment facilities to help your order reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please review our shipping practices and policies below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
During high-volume periods, sales events, product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
2. Shipping Destinations and Fulfilment
Elemntl Labs ships to most countries worldwide.
To reduce delivery times, your order may be automatically routed to and dispatched from the fulfilment facility closest to your delivery address that currently has your items in stock.
We currently serve customers in multiple countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location, stock availability, carrier network and proximity to the nearest fulfilment facility.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Elemntl Labs is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier issues, customs processing, incorrect delivery details, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions or events outside our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey through the carrier or through the tracking page on our website, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipping rules vary by country.
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada
Where available, orders shipped to these countries may be sent Delivered Duty Paid, meaning applicable duties and taxes are included at checkout and you should not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
Rest of World
Orders shipped to countries outside the list above may be sent Delivered Duty Unpaid.
This means your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges when it reaches your country. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
Elemntl Labs is not responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees or import charges unless they were clearly collected by us at checkout.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Elemntl Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours, building management, your household members, your local delivery office and the carrier before contacting us.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

8. Subscription Orders
If Elemntl Labs offers subscription orders, recurring orders or subscribe-and-save options, subscription orders will be processed and shipped according to the billing and fulfilment schedule shown at checkout or in your subscription portal.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel, refund or recall an order that has already been processed, charged, shipped or entered fulfilment.
